Great article about retailers using social media marketing

I found a really good article in the Denver Post about how retailers are succesfully using social media to stay directly in touch with their customers. They are using it to both notify customers about sales and also to find out exactly what customers really want.
Dominos new pizza introduction is a perfect example cited in the article. Best Buy is successfully using social media too.
