One of the Best Slogans or Taglines Around: Servpro – Like It Never Even Happened
By
ServPro – Like it never even happened is a great tagline or slogan. Why? Because it is totally focused on what their customers want. They literally took the words right out of their customers mouths.
What is it people who’ve suffered smoke or water damage to their home want the most? They want their home to look and feel “like it never even happened.”
That slogan is so good it makes me want to pick up the phone and call them every time their commercial plays. It resonates that well.
I do think ServPro has made one mistake. I personally don’t believe in radio or TV advertising. I think they are huge wastes of money. Especially today when there are so many better ways to connect with potential customers.
your marketing should be so well targeted that the only people who know you exist are the ones that need you, Especially when you’re talking such a narrow focus as smoke and water damage.
i think all their marketing money they are spending on TV should go to an Internet marketing campaign. ServPro’s customers probably tend to be in the mid-to-upper income brackets. These people use the Internet to find services.
a coordinated Internet marketing campaign combined with search engine optimization would keep them front and center with the people who need them right now rather than TV campaigns that keep them in front of people who may need them someday.

I looked at your web site. I don’t want anyone to get the idea that you’re ServPro.
However, it looks like you’ve found a nice niche as a clearinghouse for restoration contractors and offering web design and marketing services to contractors.
I also want to remind people that these guys are using a very good linking strategy to get more traffic to their web site.
Use Google Alerts to find blogs that mention one of your keywords, make certain it doesn’t use no-follow tags, and then leave a comment of value to the subject and to readers. Then you have a permanent one-way, back-link to your website.
